Personalized mental health support
Everyone has mental health, and yet we are only just starting to talk about it more openly. In the past it was taboo to talk about seeing a therapist, and burnout wasn’t a common term. For those of us suffering from mental health issues it quite often happens that we think we’re the only ones, or question whether what’s happening to us is normal. This can make it harder to reach out and ask for help.
My goal is to open up the conversation, and make others comfortable to share, helping those who are suffering to feel less alone. Are you interested in working together? Here are the services I offer:
- Online 1:1 support sessions – If you want to share but aren’t sure how ready you are to talk face to face, we can exchange via email or Skype (without video). This offers anonymity for people who don’t want to reach out via the workplace.
- Face to face 1:1 support sessions – If you’re comfortable meeting face to face, we can meet for a series of 4 sessions to discuss mental health. Expect a mix of coaching techniques, advice and personal experiences.
- Mental health circles – With a group of no more than 10 people, we gather in a safe space to talk about mental health. These are bespoke evening events.
