That’s Mental is more than a blog, it’s a platform to advocate for better mental health across the board. With that in mind, there are different ways in which I support Mental Health and we can collaborate.

Looking for a coach?

I am a trauma informed coach, offering 1:1 coaching sessions in personal and professional settings. The premise of coaching is that everyone has the answers within themselves and the capacity to grow and heal. The belief is that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. My role as a coach is to guide you along the way using powerful questions, and to evoke transformation.

To get to know more about how I can help and how it would work, please get in touch and we can talk about it. I always offer a short sample coaching session for you to see if this is something that fits for you.

N.B.: personal coaching may not focus solely on mental health, it depends what topic you bring to the table. If you feel like you need more serious help addressing a mental health problem, I recommend contacting a licensed therapist.
