Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a mental health advocate and have been since 2017 when I published my first blog post “Living with anxiety”.

I am on a mission to raise awareness about mental health and am working towards it no longer being a taboo. I strongly believe that work can be more than just a 9-5 to pay the bills, and in creating better experiences in the workplace, which is why I advocate for good mental health at work, and creating workplaces that support it.

I have always been passionate about helping people, and over the years I’ve pursued this in different ways. I worked for Impraise – a company that supports a culture of feedback as a path to career growth and self-accomplishment. Whilst at Weber Shandwick I headed the People Pillar with the aim to improve employee experience, learning & development opportunities, and promote employee wellbeing within the office. I also undertook a fundamentals coaching course with the world-renowned CTI.

Today I want to put that passion towards helping people overcome mental health problems. Are you interested?
