Mental health and the brain

New video series on mental health and the brain

I recently launched a new series, you can watch the intro video below

My new video series

I’m super excited to bring this video series to you, and I hope you find it informative and dare I say it, enlightening.

Over the years I’ve done a lot of learning, reading and self-development which has allowed me to understand a lot of things related to why I behave the way I do, and how that’s affected my mental health. My goal with this series is simply to share the knowledge I’ve learned in the hopes that it can inspire you, teach you something new and break down a concept. Ultimately, I want to help people understand themselves better so as to enjoy a good relationship with their mental health.

An important piece of information

That being said, I want to make it clear that I am not a trained professional in the field of neuroscience, neurology or psychology. I am relating concepts I have learned from others through books, courses, podcasts, videos etc. This means that I will be giving basic explanations that don’t dive deep into the science, also because I want the information to be accessible. It means I might make mistakes and I acknowledge that, I’m more than happy for people to share resources, correct me and point me in the right direction.

Watch the series

If you’re interested, I’m including a link to the playlist here. It will obviously update as I add more videos.

And of course, you can subscribe on YouTube to receive notifications
